Man Spanks Stranger’s Toddler Son Then Tells Him: ‘This is how we do it in Mexico’

A total stranger decided to spank a toddler and then tell the dad that this is what they do in Mexico. No, we’re not kidding. This goes beyond anything we’ve ever heard of and is pretty disturbing. The man was arrested but we’re not sure he even realizes what he did was wrong. He fought the cops pretty hard and once he was in the car he kicked the windows and doors. Loco!

There are few things more annoying than out-of-control toddlers in public places with their apathetic parents.
