It’s either cognitive dissonance or blatant lying.
In response to the hubbub earlier this week over since-removed White House staff secretary Rob Porter, CNN host Jake Tapper accused President Donald Trump of eroding the “basic lines of human decency, norms to which society generally agrees and to which we adhere.â€
Apparently, Trump’s White House knew that Porter had previously been accused of domestic violence by his ex-wives but kept him on staff anyway.
