HARNETT COUNTY, NC (The Daily Record) – An Anderson Creek man is in the Harnett County Jail on charges he molested a young child multiple times.

Hector Jose Pilarte Jr., 25, faces 14 charges of child molestation and one count of statutory sex offense involving a child under the age of 15.
