Global warming (hoax) seems to have missed Norway.

In Northern Norway, people will have to wait for the trash to be taken away, as the thermometer now shows minus 30 degrees Celsius in Kautokeino, and the cold may destroy the hydraulics in the garbage trucks, reports iFinnmark.
