Move comes 15 years after Metropolitan police introduced optional hijabs for officers in London

Police Scotland has announced that the hijab will become part of its official uniform as it aims to create a more diverse force.

The force said they hope the move will “encourage women from Muslim communities, who may previously not have seen policing as a career option, to reconsider”.

Good for them. This is a great idea. Next month they are making assless chaps part of the uniform to get more fairies to join.

I believe covering an assless chaps and fairy story is right up ally of the writer of the Dutch story.
