Update for Jan. 19:A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket will launch the new Space Based Infrared System GEO Flight 4 satellite for the U.S. Air Force at 7:48 p.m. EST (0048 GMT on Jan. 20). ULA's launch webcast will begin at 7:28 p.m. EST (0028 GMT). There is a 90-percent chance of good launch weather for the mission, which has a 40-minute launch window.

Tonight's launch comes after a 24-hour delay for the SBIRS GEO Flight 4 mission when ULA called off a Thursday launch try due to a ground issue associated with the rocket's liquid oxygen system.
