The President’s Extraordinary Televised Immigration Meeting

RUSH: So the president is having a meeting on the DACA kids, the DREAMer kids, and a meeting overall about immigration — and in this meeting, he’s invited the Democrat leadership to come in there. Senator Durbin is up there and any number of other Democrat leaders.
The press has been brought into the room where the meeting’s taking place, and Trump is talking to the press about the issues. Steny Hoyer is seated to Trump’s left, and Trump is conducting the meeting in front of the press, and he asked Dick Durbin (the senator from Illinois) and the Democrats, “Tell me what you want. Tell me what your immigration deal is.†So there are the cameras, and there are the Drive-Bys, and Durbin and the boys are having to tell Trump what they want with the cameras running!
