A 40-year-old man from Jamaica faces nearly two decades in prison after he was convicted of possession of a weapon and assaulting a federal officer.
Oniel Christopher Russell, an illegal immigrant, entered the U.S. in October 2008 and was supposed to leave in January 2009, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
