The Germans and the rest of the EU can go (do to themselves what I can't say here).
They don't make the rules for Americans, and we shouldn't listen to or be governed by them... AT ALL.
If the new tax laws have the result of cash and industries moving from Germany and the rest of Western Europe to "back here", why... that's fine with me. And I may go so far as to speculate that it's fine with many other (most?) Americans, as well.
To paraphrase Lt. Colonel Kilgore (Robert Duvall):
"I love the smell of the Euro-weenies complaining in the morning!
Smells like... MAGA!"
Bring as much of it here as we can steal from there!
OR, they could Buy A Clue and lower their own tax rates, SHRINK THEIR OWN SOCIALIST Governments, put Their people back to work to Pay for their Own Defense instead of letting us continue to keep them safe from the Russians like we've Been doing since 1945.
Freedom is infectious stuff, real contagious. Us leading by example is great way to infect the whole world with it.
The EU won't have any choice but to lower their own rates. Currencies are going to fluctuate. Lots 'a ripples coming.
Bammy care was sold as 'The Europeans do it? Why are we so backward? Why can't we do it too, provide free healthcare? It's a 'Right'.
The European Socialists provide it on Our Dime.
We assumed their Defense Budgets and they pissed it away on social giveaways.
