I'm trying to envision myself eating heart-healthy in the upcoming week.

1.  Control your portion size   **nononono*

2.  Eat more vegetables and fruit  **nononono*

3.  Select whole grains  :laugh:

4.  Limit unhealthy fats  **nononono*

5.  Choose low=fat protein sources  :shrug:

6.  Reduce the sodium in your food    :seeya:

7.  Plan ahead:  Create daily menus  :pondering:

8.  Allow yourself an occasional treat   ^-^
