Developers uncover historic pub and convict hut

Sydney town was just 12 years old when the patrons of The Wheatsheaf pub in Parramatta crowded in and ordered their ales and rum.
It’s hard to imagine the faces and the stories that flowed from sessions at The Sheaf; Parramatta was the hub of a growing farming community, a mix of free settlers and convicts.
