Just a fun little poll for turkey day.

Honestly, this old bag doesn't like holidays except to see out of town family.  All the food,, football, parades and what not do nothing for me.

   I'm with ya there @Applewood I don't like Holidays and am not looking forward to this one I am about to embark on. I Love my Family but see them often enough anyway.  The Trumpers (all of them) use this opportunity to gang up on the only one that refused to vote for him~Me.  I get enough of that here. Every morning that my feet hit the floor is a Birthday so I don't celebrate that either.

Our family dynamic has totally changed since dad's death last year.

We are going to some fancy schamncy restaurant  with a fixed price special dinner menu, sans wine, which I don't like since I'm a diner gal.

So I'll have to get dressed up, which is another thing I don't like, I'm blue jeans and plain t shirts, and I can't really talk so it's desultory conversation.

Then I'll go home, make myself an egg, a glass of milk, and go to bed

I like the desert the best.

In fact there is a saying, which both my wife and I subscribe to: 

"Eat the Desert First; Life is Too Short."

Practicing what I preach, I just had "Blueberry Pound Cake" for Thanksgiving breakfast.

Next a two hour walk by the ocean, in 75F clear sunny, then

Dinner with my wife, mother, my sister, and sister in law.

Then finally another Desert !!
