This is all bluster. If Moore wins, he serves.
There is no way the Senate is going to open this can of worms.
The appropriate committee can put him under oath and he would be at risk of perjury if he states falsehoods. Didn't read the article?
In a vote on this, if Moore did not answer questions honestly, I don't even see the likes of Ted Cruz giving him a pass. So, then, it would be up to a 2/3rds majority to recommend removal. Can one find 34 Senators who would allow him to remain? Likely not.
I don't see how Moore escapes an ethics investigation.
