Democratic National Committee chairman Tom Perez and two top Senate Democrats on Sunday refused to say whether Sen. Bob Menendez (D., N.J.) should step down if he is convicted by a jury in his corruption trial.

"Fox News Sunday" host Chris Wallace asked Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D., Md.) whether he thought Menendez should step down from his Senate seat if the jury convicts him, emphasizing the meaning of conviction versus their previous exchange on allegations of sexual misconduct against Roy Moore, the Republican Senate candidate in Alabama.

But dag-nab it - the Republican party in concert with Democrats will raise an avalanche of hell to make sure a Conservative who has had questionable alleged offenses by known Democrat operatives of dating high school girls 40 years ago will never be able to be seated in the Senate.

And they are all mum on Menendez while demanding Moore 'step aside' every time they pass a camera or microphone.

And let's not forget that old Bob likes to go to the Dominican Republic for fun time with very young prostituted girls, as is rumored. But that's ok, he's one of the liberal robe wearing Holy Enlightened Ones.
