Police: Sixth person arrested in gang killing of Annapolis woman
Five people are facing murder charges in what Anne Arundel County police describe as a plot to kill an Annapolis woman found buried in a secret grave last month.

An Annapolis man was arrested in North Carolina by U.S. marshals and will be charged with first-degree murder as police say he assisted in the gang killing of a 21-year-old woman.
Anne Arundel police said Milton Alejandro Portillo-Rodriguez, 22, of Bricin Court, was arrested in Avery County, North Carolina, on Saturday on charges he helped kill Jenni B. Rivera-Lopez, of Annapolis, earlier this year.
