The waters of the Rio Grande flowed beneath a wooden platform where El Paso Bishop Mark J. Seitz celebrated the annual Border Mass for migrants Saturday morning.

Hundreds of people standing on opposing concrete river banks prayed, sang and danced in a vibrant celebration of unity between El Paso and Juárez.
