A foreign national in the United States on a tourist visa has been charged with attempted kidnapping after allegedly trying to kidnap and murder a baby.
Precious Chigbue, a 24-year-old Nigerian national, is accused of attempted kidnapping following an incident at a Lynn, Massachusetts, laundromat where he allegedly took a woman’s baby before being stopped, according to the Daily Item.
