Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

So ... when are Hillary, Bammy, Lynch, Holder and the rest of the liberal corruption team going to be held accountable?  The report states that the Obama administration approved a controversial uranium deal benefiting Moscow ... what about any benefits to the Iranians? Syrians? The reports are coming in, yet no charges or even talk of charges being brought against Bammy or Clinton are even mentioned.  Espionage?  Treason? Collusion?  We're past the point of Bammy being able to pardon Clinton and we're past the point where Clinton can't be held accountable as president.  What the hell?

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

People talk about "first amendment"  and "freedom of speech."    The entire point of protecting speech was to make certain that the public could be informed of issues and information that needed the public's attention to resolve.   


We have allowed the creation of a monolithic monstrosity of information delivery that is under one party control,  and therefore censors information which the public needs to make rational decisions.   


If the "media"  were under the control of Republicans,   we would be hammering the public with repetitions about how corrupt and illegal this was.   We would be talking about the scandal,  and demanding the justice department do something to punish the wrong doers.   


But because the media is controlled by the Democrat party,   it has disabled the protections the founders thought they were building into the system through the first amendment.   The public is allowed to remain in the dark while this sort of corruption and power trading flourishes. 


The first amendment is broken.  It's purpose has been circumnavigated.   We need to restore it by preventing one party control of the media system.

If the media were hammering this,  a department would be investigating this.   No media hammering,  no department investigation,  and no consequences.

Clinton said there was no reason at the time to oppose the Uranium One deal, and argued the committee she served on had no veto power to stop the deal — they only gave the president a recommendation.  But The Hill found documents showing investigators “had gathered substantial evidence well before the committee’s decision that Vadim Mikerin — the main Russian overseeing Putin’s nuclear expansion inside the United States — was engaged in wrongdoing starting in 2009.”

I wouldn't say 'broken', but certainly abused by Agendas antithetical to it as shield to hide behind.

As to a Clean up, I suggest the counter Agenda should invoke Federal Anti-Trust Statutes to break up the media abusers.
