Et Tu Judge Napolitano? Conservatives Who’ve Gone Soft on Immigration Violators

Posted by Matt O'Brien | Sep 7, 2017

America is experiencing a frightening new trend. Now even alleged law-and-order conservatives are beginning to argue that it’s okay for foreigners to ignore our immigration laws. Townhall.com recently carried a column by Judge Andrew Napolitano. In that piece, Judge Napolitano claims that President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program showed “courage.”

Thinking we ought not punish children for the crimes of their parents in which the parents entagled them -- in this instance dragging them across the US border or keeping them with them when the family overstayed their visas in violation of our laws -- is not the same as "argu[ing] that it’s okay for foreigners to ignore our immigration laws."

And yes, exile to a country of which one has at best dim childhood memories, when one grew up in the US, is a punishment.
And when they behead your own people in the wars which are to come, then you will know what this was all about.
