Undocumented immigrants are shunning California in favor of Texas, with the Lone Star State’s undocumented population growing nearly five times as fast as California’s, new federal data show.

About 2.9 million undocumented immigrants lived in California during 2014, according to new estimates from the Department of Homeland Security.

Southern California has become so crowded, Los Angeles, I can't speak for the rest of the State.... but at least, in Texas, they will try to keep the voting down... they say that has been a problem in California, I have no idea.

It's kind of funny, in 2014 Texas had two thirds the the number of illegals as California and the same percentage of population, and now the illegals are choosing Texas over California? The reasons for that have to be that they can get better jobs in Texas while still getting free bennies, illegals have a well developed support culture and know exactly where to go and how to go about getting the best freebies. For all the garbage heaped on California, and rightly so for the demonrats in charge, Texas has been breathing down the states neck for years regarding illegals.

Spent a week recently in San Francisco. The last time we were there was in 1994. Now the buildings are in disrepair and there is literally human feces on the streets. I did not recognize the city and found it hard to fathom that it was the same place.

Would you choose such a place to put down roots?  I doubt illegals would wish to do so either.

Oh swell.  Just swell.  On top of that, we're getting a flood of stuckonstupid liberal Californians trying to get away from the fouled nest they created in California.  They are, as we speak, raising property taxes on people still struggling from the Obamanation economy.  God save us from the liberals.
