Prosecutors recommend two-year prison sentence for Weiner: report
By John Bowden - 09/20/17 12:47 PM EDT

Federal prosecutors have recommended to a judge that former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) be sentenced to prison for about two years for sexting with an underaged girl.

The Associated Press reported Wednesday that prosecutors have asked a judge to "send a message" with Weiner's sentencing, reminding the court that Weiner has claimed to be reformed in the past.

Weiner plead guilty in May to sending obscene material to an underage girl in 2016. As part of a plea bargain, Weiner agreed not to appeal any sentence between 21 and 27 months in prison.

“I have a sickness, but I do not have an excuse,” he said in May.

2 years in Club Fed will be a cake walk for this Pervert. Will they let him out for his Divorce proceedings?  I wonder who Huma will marry next, Hillary?

There's no hiding the Weiner divorce.

A Manhattan Supreme Court judge has ruled that Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner will not be granted a special measure of anonymity.

Justice Michael Katz's decision is under seal, like the rest of the paperwork in Abedin's divorce from her pervy serial sexting ex.

But Lucian Chalfen, a spokesman for the Office of Court Administration, confirmed Tuesday that the divorce case would not be listed as "Anonymous v. Anonymous."
