Muslim Website Blames Jews for Misinformation on Female Genital Mutilation

Muslims in Calgary, a group purporting to represent more than 75,000 Muslims in the Canadian city, made a pitch for its version of female genital mutilation and blamed the “Jewish controlled media” for anti-FGM attitudes.
The article, which was posted in July but recently received national attention, attempts to distinguish between female genital mutilation (which they admit is barbaric) and female circumcision (which they say is “proper”). Both male and female circumcision, according to the group, have “immense scientific and medical value.”
