Been struggling 9-months with plantar fasciitis and subsequent onset of hyper mobile metatarsals as a result of my prolonged limp. Four of these months I couldn't tolerate even the slightest pressure. My custom orthotics seemed even to exacerbate the pain.

But, through exercise (relearning to walk), cold packs, bracing, and strengthen ankle and calf, the pain is manageable now, though ever present.
