A man named Christopher Jacob Carrizal will go on trial next month in McLennan County’s 19th State District Court. The Waco Tribune-Herald describes Carrizal as “the 35-year-old president of the Dallas chapter of the Bandidos motorcycle gang.” That is a lie. The Tribune-Herald has been lying about the Twin Peaks Biker Brawl for the last 27 months. So has CNN, ABC and The Washington Post to name but a few liars.
Carrizal was most recently indicted of three grievous felonies at exactly 12:42 p.m. last June 28. The indictment is an extraordinary document that describes at length the new American virtue of stupidity. The wonder in it is that Carrizal has not yet been charged with the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson,. Sharon Tate, Abraham Lincoln, the prophet Enoch and all the dinosaurs.
“The Grand Jurors of McLennan County, State of Texas, duly organized at the January Term, AD., 2017, of the 54th Judicial District Court of said county,” the indictment begins, “upon their oaths do present that Christopher Jacob Carrizal, hereinafter called Defendant, on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, in said county and state did then and there, as part of the identifiable leadership of a criminal street gang, knowingly direct or supervise the commission of or a conspiracy to commit murder and/or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, by members of a criminal street gang, Bandidos.”

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Wayne Campbell, by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon.”
The fact is, Carrizal no more killed Campbell than you did. The police killed him.
According to his autopsy report, Campbell died of a “gunshot wound of the head into the trunk.” The trajectory of his wound suggests that he was shot from above. During his autopsy, “one fired bullet jacket” and “one fired bullet fragment” were removed from his “neck/esophagus”
According to the ballistics report, “Those items were identified as having been fired by” police on the scene using “a Bushmaster “model XM 15-E25, 5.56 x 45mm caliber select-fire rifle, serial number L372190”
