A day after Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch sat on his ass during the national anthem, his former teammate did likewise.
Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman chose to make a political statement against the country that has provided him with the opportunity to become a millionaire for playing a game by sitting out the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner.
Colin Kaepernick may still be jobless but from early indications, there will be a widening racial schism in locker rooms this year and the league itself as more players engage in such acts of defiance.
