Sheriff: Mexican Drug Cartel Kidnappings Taking Place In North Carolina

ALAMANCE COUNTY, NC (The News & Record) – Two people are charged in a triple kidnapping earlier this week.

Briana Lizeth Cardenas and Hector Manuel Lopez Jr. are accused of kidnapping three people at gunpoint Tuesday night, according to an Alamance County Sheriff’s Office news release.
