The Faster Horses Festival sure is one patriotic place. Between the American flags as far as the eye can see, the some 40,000 fans in attendance at Michigan International Speedway are dressed to the nines in anything and everything red, white and blue.

It's getting bigger every year which is great economic news. The fact that they're now using the grounds for many more events is good economic news. There has been chatter about adding a rock festival weekend too.
