5-year-old fighting E. coli infection that killed younger sister

Siblings Kade and Kallan Maresh became ill after after being infected with a serious strain of E. coli bacteria.
 

Inside the University of Minnesota's Masonic Children's Hospital, the Maresh family is coping with heartbreak and hoping for a miracle.

Two young siblings, Kade and his sister Kallan, were rushed there after being sickened by a vicious strain of E. coli bacteria, CBS Minnesota station WCCO reports.

While the article doesn't say exactly where they live, everything is in Minnesota which is the home of little Somalia.  Perhaps an investigation in that area might be worth a shot.
