Rep. Tom Garrett Announces Intent to File Discharge Petition on Obamacare Repeal

Rep. Tom Garret (R-VA), along with a dozen Freedom Caucus members, announced his intent to file a discharge petition that would put a clean repeal of Obamacare before the House.

The House Freedom Caucus repeatedly argued that the best path to repealing Obamacare revolves around a simple repeal of Obamacare and then replacing the Affordable Care Act with a free-market alternative.

The Pubs have to do what they've promised for 7 years. If we have a part of the party that is happy to get elected promising to do something they aren't going to do it's time to know who they are. If they lose their majority because of lying to us so be it. What good are they if they won't fulfill their promises.
