Fox News Takes a Sharp Left Turn

If any doubts remained that the Fox News channel is continuing to swerve from its conservative roots, they were erased on July 16, 2017 when Ezekiel Emanuel, M.D., a principal architect of Obamacare and a barely hinged spin doctor for the Democrat socialist left, appeared on the channel’s signature weekly program Fox News Sunday in his new role as a paid contributor. During the program, the ever arrogant Emanuel jumped on the Resist Trump bandwagon and suggested that President Trump is worthy of being impeached. Hired last February primarily as a health policy analyst (he is a physician and professor, after all), Emanuel is now providing opinion not only on medical subjects but on political ones, as well.

A lot of us saw this coming a year ago if not longer.

But even if those warning signs were ignored...the hiring of Meghan McCain...the perennial Conservative basher and then bringing on Marie Harf...the epitome of Propaganda Agent....should have been signs that this isn't the Fox News we knew and loved.

It happened when they abandoned news and went full on pro Trump propaganda in a desperate effort to please their crush.

The final straw was the day they went full Infowarts and sat there and let Trump openly lie about Rafael Cruz being involved in the JFK assassination. They didn't even pretend to do any actual journalistic stuff like asking follow up questions.

Nobody in the media was angrier at Ted Cruz over the NY values comment than FOX news. I don't want to hear about how horribly FOX is treating Trump.

Sean Hannity explaining that Ted Cruz wouldn't come on the show when he was asked why he managed to get Trump for an hour the night before nearly every primary. Ted Cruz said that he would be happy to do a satellite feed or phone interviews. Hannity outright lied and said he doesn't do phone interviews only to turn around the very next night and interview Trump from down the street via phone.

Its like FOX news was laughing in the faces of their viewers for their gullibility.

For many years I have viewed Fox (aka The Cleavage Channel) as Less Left News.

The entertainment division is all about the ratings, that's where the money is made and advertising rates are set by the ratings.  The news division is not, in fact I think some of the nets actually take pride in crappy news ratings.
