Shooting suspect in custody after injuring 1 at Fort Carson

A suspect is in custody at Fort Carson, Colorado, after a reported shooting on post injured one person. Officials on Thursday evening said the lockdown on post has been lifted, and all gates and facilities are open. The incident is under investigation, officials said.
