German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel has warned that a row between Qatar and its Arab neighbors of the Persian Gulf region could end in a war.

Gabriel said in comments published on Saturday that there was still an opportunity for Qatar and the leading members of the [Persian] Gulf Cooperation Council to defuse tensions, otherwise, he said, the threat of war between them loomed large.

"There is a danger that this dispute could lead to war," Gabriel said in an interview with German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.

I really do not care. The more those arab morons fight among themselves, the less they can bother the rest of us. I say arm them to the teeth and sit back with a tub of popcorn and let them have at each other.

We have quite a presence there. Large airbase, forward HQ of CENTCOM, etc.

Worth repeating because I couldn't agree more.
The faster these countries wipe each other out, the better it is for The West.
The more muslims that kill each other in the name of allah, again, the better the outcome for The West.
The faster they reduce their own surface population, the better off The West will be.

A serious answer - The Source. It's a quite well respected ME news aggregator and commentator site based in Jordan. Don't really recommend it for people unfamiliar with ME cultures - a lot of the underlying assumptions for stories are not spelled out - but it's one of my daily skims.
