Actually, if you do a Google image search for "Batman Batmobile", you will find that the Mars Rover looks nothing like any of the myriad different Batmobiles that have existed.   :shrug:

Looks more like the designers were big fans of Thunderbirds and Space 1999 to me. Neither of which Millenials have heard of.
