I think this is a very interesting photo:

Will you look at that.

No burkhas.

No hijabs.

Miniskirts.

And no bearded thugs with automatic weapons driving around in pickup trucks.

Much of the Muslim world was like this. Did we have to let that slip away?

   Persian Women are HOT too.

No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

They were warming up pretty good until Special K took over and shariaed up the place.

If you look hard enough a small portion of it still is. Even Iran as much bad press as it gets is really a tell of two different people, one being followers of every tenant of Sharia law, and another very modern and moderate in their faith... some even Christian.

Yeah, Iran is a special place. We should be supporting as we can the Iranians wishing to live in the modern world.

Some are Christian and more, perhaps, are Zoroastrian. We won't know how many of either for as long as they fear to reveal their faith.

A co-worker, she is Iranian. I never asked her what religion she is, but I do know she dresses like any non-Muslim upper middle class American girl. She returns to Iran from time to time to visit family or attend a friends wedding, and she tells me its actually a nice place to visit - though admits there are areas where even she wont go.
