Fox's Jenna Lee announces decision to leave the network

 Fox News anchor Jenna Lee made a surprise announcement that she has decided to leave the network on Friday.

"I've decided it's time for a change and have chosen to leave Fox News. I love being a journalist. I believe it's what I'm called to do," Lee, 37, told her audience at the end of her 2 p.m. broadcast. "I have some really big ideas on how to better serve you in that particular arena."

She added in a separate statement, "It has truly been a privilege serving our viewers."

Lee originally was signed by Fox Business to co-anchor its morning program, at the time called "Fox Business Morning," in 2007. She then moved on to Fox News to anchor "Happening Now" in 2010.

Keep eyes out for new media channels such as streaming.

Levin, Beck and O'Reilly are already there.

I won't be surprised if Something Big comes along fairly soon.

By that I mean something delivered via multiple media options, including cable TV, AM/FM and Satellite Radio, Streaming video and maybe even OTA antenna television. (right now Fox does that, perhaps more than others)

It sounds to me like she is not happy with the new management at Fox News. Fox is going down fast.
