If Merkel's leadership results in a total takeover by Muslims, which it may, who do you think they'll call for help? And who will help them? We will in spite of everything.

It's a mathematical certainty at this point that most of Europe is lost. Native German birthrates are at 1.3 per family. All of Europe combined is at a 1.38 birthrate. Muslim birthrates are at 8.1 or more per family, and this does not account for the tidal wave of refugees from Syria over the last 2 years.
2.11 is the minimum requirement to sustain a culture and civilization for one generation. Birthrates below 1.3 are never reversed, and it would take 80-100 years of rabbit-like breeding to return to parity with the Muslim birthrates. In the next 20 years - all of Europe will cease to exist as we know it now in terms of culture and civilization. Europe will be Islamic states as their populations will be majority Muslim.
And once that happens, the Kaffir will be forced to submit or be eradicated by the majority Islamic population.
Muslims wil tell you plain that their latest conquest is not armed invasion, but outbreeding the native population and then eradicating them from their own countries.
We're not too far behind Europe. Our birthrates among whites and other American people are at 1.6 - but with Hispanics it is at 2.11. How many of the immigrants who are hispanic have been assimilated into an American culture? Then there is the 9 million Muslims who are outbreeding all migrant groups in this country by a number of 7.2 kids per family.
