A federal judge in Washington D.C. on Friday tossed out a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton that alleged negligence in her email security was the cause of two Americans' deaths in the 2012 attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, appointed by former President Obama in 2010, concluded that Clinton used her email in the course of her official duties and dismissed the wrongful death portion of the suit on technical grounds, according to a report by Politico.

Yes, but the standard is the same as for a POTUS, as far as charges go, iirc.

Besides the case alleges email leaks. She may have sold the information instead, or even bartered or given it away. If she was having 'secure' communications with an enemy of the US, it may not have been a violation of security, but intentional communication instead.

That opens many other avenues of approach and other cans of worms, but they'lll be glossed over, just wait.

No, the Clintons are made of crap, it's not so much that nothing sticks as it is that it get lost in the all the rest. It's kind of like when someone sees a pile of crap on the sidewalk, they see it and know it's there, but they pretend it's not there because they don't want to deal with it. Democraps pretend not to see all the crap associated with their party because let's face it, pretty much all they have is crap and without it they are nothing and they get away with it because the Republicrats have their own great big piles of crap that they pretend aren't there. Sovereign Immunity is a concept in law dating to 1795 and the 11th Amendment, which prevents suing governments in most instances.

With all of the talk here about the Constitution and Principles, I am surprised this didn't come right up.
