Hillary Clinton's mean-spirited speech
« on: May 26, 2017, 11:59:59 pm »
Hillary Clinton today, in a speech to her alma mater, Wellesley College (just outside of Boston) took some swipes at President Trump.

She accused him of "inventing" his "own facts."

And noted--in a not-very-opaque reference to the man--that his election (and all that is associated with it) could mark "the beginning of the end of a free society."

Sad.

In the past, losers of presidential elections have simply faded into the background.  (Mitt Romney--who came in a distant second in 2012--leaps to mind.)

But Mrs. Clinton seems intent upon launching a full-scale attack upon the man who defeated her.

I suppose that this is what our political system has come to...

Hillary isn't anything but a bitter, old witch.  I'm glad every day that she isn't the President.

The lady doth protest too much.

There isn't a drop of lady in her!  Not a one!

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
