Per Sky News (it was on an audio report, so no link yet) - Terror alert level has been bumped up to high.

This is what I'm listening to, they'll probably replay the interview: http://news.sky.com/watch-live

Eyewitness Andy Holey says he saw 'several bodies'

Andy Holey, whose wife and daughter were at the concert, told BBC News that the explosion was near to a ticket office, and he was blown off his feet when it happened.

He said he saw several bodies around him when he came to.

How would that kill anyone unless they were killed in a stampede

If it is terrorism related, a new headline might be needed

If that is credible, then we have a real witness to a real explosion.

There is no doubt an explosion took place. Many witnesses to the large bang including outside the building.

The question is the source. One report was that it was a suicide bomber. At this point we're just going to have to wait for more definitive reporting.

According to Sky News, cabbies are giving free lifts, since the train links are down. Bomb disposal have arrived.

NBC is reporting "it is not at all clear if this is an act of terrorism, or an accidental explosion".

She told the Press Association: “(I) just heard a huge bang from my bed.....

“The bang was so big I heard it from my room which is at the back of the apartment blocks.

OK, now she's just bragging.....

It could end up being some sort of accident. Does one remember the band Great White bar concert in Rhode Island?  That was horrid. Other things can happen in these often-enclosed venues and some of these performers try to put on quite a show.

Yep. People stampede too. Sometimes the panic kills more than the thing they are fleeing. This, however sounds like a bomb or two. Not speakers or a balloon.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

That wasn't an accident, that was felony negligence.  What, over 100?
