Illegal Alien With Decades Of Criminal History To Be Deported For The 9th Time

BAY CITY, MI (MLIVE) – For the second time this week, a Mexican citizen has been indicted in federal court in Bay City on charges related to entering the country illegally.

Federal prosecutors on Wednesday, May 10, charged Rafael Munoz-Molina with one count of illegal reentry of a previously removed alien. The charge is punishable by up to two years’ incarceration.
