SHELBYVILLE, TN (Breitbart) – A Guatemalan national who was at one point on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer is on the run after failing to appear in court.

Alfonzo Domingo Sebastian, 31 at the time of the alleged incident, failed to appear in court for his trial and authorities now believe he is in hiding to avoid prosecution, WKRN reported.
