It has been accurately said, I believe, that he who controls the language controls the terms of the debate.
As regarding dynamic scoring, for instance, liberals have re-labeled supply-side economics as "trickle-down economics."
But conservatives are not entirely pristine in this regard, either.
For instance, conservatives have re-labeled the estate tax as "the death tax."
I think it would be well if we would all speak more neutrally...
