President Trump, whose attempts to crack down on foreigners violating U.S. law and entering the country illegally or dangerously repeatedly have been derailed by activist federal judges favoring the lawbreakers, says he’s not dropping his latest attempt.

“See you in the Supreme Court!” he said Wednesday on social media.

“First the Ninth Circuit rules against the ban & now it hits again on sanctuary cities – both ridiculous rulings.”

Just ignore them and sequester the funds!
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

This was predictable -- the feds' attempt to shut off all highway funds for states that didn't set a 55 m.p.h. speed limit was struck down as well.  Trump did have a stronger argument here, though, in that Congress' power over immigration is supposed to be plenary, so states shouldn't be able to erect active roadblocks.  But just failing to actively cooperate...I dunno.  That's a tougher argument to make.

I'm really sick of judges ... who elected them to run the country?
