Communist Party membership numbers climbing in the Trump era

It features an interview with Emile Schepers, a regular People’s World correspondent on U.S. politics, Latin America, and international affairs. Schepers also serves as the International Secretary of the Communist Party USA and was recently interviewed in that capacity by Granma. The Communist Party USA (CPUSA) has been receiving membership requests ever since Donald Trump was elected President.

Actually, this is the next historical step for democrats who went from democratic to socialist and now are moving into communism.  History is repeating itself.

I'll bet many of these new members are from a younger generation.  These are the ones who are no longer taught history in school, or are taught the version promulgated by commie teacher unions.  They never lived under a communist regime or under any dictator, nor did they hear about these regimes from their parents.  They usually don't keep up with current events either.  Do they even know who Kim Jun Un is, or about the terrible conditions the people of North Korea live under?   

This country presumably has the finest schools, but these schools turn out indoctrinated illiterates.

They're just "progressing" to their inevitable fascism.

In the 1930's the Progressive party had an image problem since they were always being lumped in with the Communist party in the eyes of the public.  The differences between the two movements were too subtle.
