ALBANY - Despite gaining clemency from Gov. Cuomo, former Weather Underground member Judith Clark will remain in jail for her role in a 1981 armored car heist in Rockland County that left two cops and a security guard dead.

The state Parole Board on Friday denied Clark’s first bid to be released, saying her release was “incompatible with the welfare of society” and would undermine respect for the law.

Clark will not be eligible for parole again until 2019, though she can appeal the board’s decision.

That seems appropriate.

Naturally Cuomo granted the marxist terrorist clemency and a Cuomo representative says she deserves a shot at freedom.
