This is why sexual harassment is not a joke, and I think conservatives need to face up to the deleterious effects of allowing that kind of crap to happen.
I think we have a serious problem on the right, both with sexism and racism. In the efforts of some to fight against the excesses of the left and exaggeration of the problem, there is a denial that either problem exists, and a refusal to do anything about it.
If you say anything about very real sexism and harassment, you are labeled a "feminist" (as if there was never a need to fight for the right to vote, or for acceptance into med school, or to be free from being harassed by male superiors on the job), and your opinion is dismissed.
There actually IS sexism and there actually IS racism, and we on the right had better deal with it head on truthfully (as opposed to the false political agenda coming from the left).
The idea that women who are harassed by men like O'Reilly, Ailes and Trump should just quit their jobs is absurd on its face.
