    ICE Targets Vans Full of Workers in Reading, Berks County, Detaining Numerous Undocumented Immigrants

    Residents of the immigrant and Latino communities in this city of 88,000 are "terrified" by recent ICE traffic stops, an attorney says.

    They wear black vests emblazoned with the word “POLICE” in solid white lettering. Their vehicles flash blue-and-red lights.

    But they are not local law enforcement patrolling the streets of Reading, Pennsylvania.

Okay if just the word "POLICE" is too scary for illegals, how about this, they put the words La Migre above POLICE. That should calm the border violators right down! And aren't red and blue lights universal in law enforcement, what would they prefer, red/white/green?
