How many times have we heard the old “make the rich pay” plan from the left? Besides, in California aren’t the millionaires already funding a lot of other big government programs?

And you know what happens with entitlements, they never disappear, not even after all the millionaires have turned their California residences into temporary vacation homes.

They don't care, they know that once an entitlement is born it never ever dies, it just sucks the life out of the taxpayers that can't leave California. This is no different then the crap sandwich Meathead Reiner sold to gullible Californians for the children. In this, California isn't special, you can always get morons to vote for something if you can convince them someone else is gonna pay.
