A Muslim teen named Ali has the nerve to try to appeal the sentence of only 40 hours of community service after the rape of a young teenage girl in a school yard. Both he and his parents are challenging this extremely light sentencing in the Court of Appeal.
In February, the 16-year-old was convicted of child rape after he pinned down a 13-year-old girl against the wall and forced her to have oral sex with him. The crime took place in Toleredsskolan in Gothenburg, Sweden on July 2016. The girl had said that Ali was odd and kept asking her with sex.
