Oregon Judge Grants Right To Be ‘Agender’
By Sarah Stites | March 24, 2017 | 3:23 PM EDT

Clothing. Makeup. Emojis. And now legal status?

The genderless movement is firing ahead, fast and furious, while those who cleave to traditional views are considered anachronistic at best, and bigoted at worst.

In June 2016, Oregon Judge Amy Hehn granted legal gender “non-binary” status to Portland resident Jamie Shupe. But this month, Hehn went a step further, granting video game designer “Patch” the right to be genderless.

I've been agog, asunder, amazed, amiss and a-twitter, but never will be able to become agender, no matter how hard I try to convince myself of it.  :pondering:

Of course you don't have a gender. "Gender identity" is a myth. Just go by your sex. It's what I do. I don't think there's anything "inherently male" about my identity, but my biology says I'm a guy, so, well, I'm a guy. It doesn't bother me. Why it bothers him (and yes, biologically, he is a he), well, creative types have always been a bit on the weird side.
